The Call Strategy type form means it should be filled out by the client before an appointment. If the client does not have any future appointments, the system doesn't allow her/him to edit it. Once you add an incoming appointment for the client, the Call Strategy form becomes editable.
The Call Strategy forms are all "wrong" and not editable. I don't know why, as it works in some other client’s login sessions.

This is not really helpful because I don't always have a CC appointment for the client, yet I always want them to fill out these responses. I tried editing the form type as suggested in another response, but the types are not editable.
