My clients are saying they do not have a "blank" version of the Call Strategy for new appointments. Why is that?

Something to remember about the Call Strategy Form: This form is directly connected to the client appointments you schedule in your Coaches Console Calendar.

When you have a client appointment scheduled, the system will display a blank Call Strategy Form ready for the client to submit their information.  Once the appointment date/time is in the past, the system will archive the answers submitted by the client according to the appointment date/time. 

Then, when you schedule the next appointment for the client, the system will display a new, blank Call Strategy Form for the client to complete. If you do not schedule appointments, then the answers the client posted last will remain displaying on the screen for this form.
