We'll take the "Discovery" form as an example.
When you navigate to WEBSITE > FORMS, you will see that the "Discovery" form is listed.
To the right of the "Discovery" form title, click "Edit" from the Options drop down list.
Click on the "Form Questions" Tab, this will display a list of your questions.
Simply check the boxes to the right of each question you desire to be displayed on your form.
Then assign who you want to be able to access this form in the "Form Permissions" Tab.
Click "Continue".
Back on the screen that lists ALL of your forms, to the right of the "Discovery" title, you will see the check box that is listed under the "Active" column. When you want your form, any form to be displayed on your Private Client Website, be sure that you have a check mark in this "Active" box and click "Save".
