I have other forms in addition to the ones that are provided in The Coaches Console. Can I add in additional forms and customize them?

Yes, you can add as many forms as you wish. You can customize them, edit them and even assign them to a specific client and/or groups of clients. They will appear as a link on the "FORMS" page on your private website after you make them active and assign them permission (if you don't check the "Active" box in front of them or don't set permissions, they will remain invisible on the website). You can also add a form as a sub-menu in the "FORMS" menu of your website. You can also choose what questions to display in the form by checking the box to the right of them on the form editing page.
