How can I create and email forms to my clients without them having to access the private client area?

There is a distinction between FORMS and DOCUMENTS.

Forms are interactive and when your clients access a form through your private website, their answers are (a) automatically saved on the form for the client and (b) a copy of their answers are archived and organized in your client file area of your Coaches Console system. These are real time and can be updated in both places instantly.  This ensures that you always have current, up-to-date information from your clients.

Documents are for reference. These can be accessed from your website as well as emailed to your contacts. However if a client opens a document and the document requires them to complete information and return it to you, the client must remember to forward you the completed document and you must then re-enter that data into your client file area.

It is not our recommendation to email forms to your clients as this is time consuming for both you and your client and there is a margin of information slipping through the cracks.  If however you still wanted to email forms to your clients you would first need to create them as a document.

Also, you can create the forms as public instead of private. You have this option in the Permissions area of the form. Please keep in mind that in the case of the public forms, the person who fill them out is treated as a prospect and is required at the bottom of the form to enter their name and email address in order to be recorded in your Console system and submit their answers to your questions.
