How do I track my coaching hours in the Coaches Console system for my certification?

Your Console system automatically compiles your hours into a "Certification Report", found in Reports menu > section 'Client Reports' in system version 4, respectively under the Reports menu in system version 3. The Certification Report that is formatted appropriately for ICF standards.

By default, when a "client" or "group" appointment has occurred in the past, the duration is automatically added to your Certification Report. The only hours that are added to your certification report include the duration from CLIENT type appointments and GROUP type appointments. Appointments with the classification of "Neither" are not included in your certification report,

Both the paid and the pro-bono appointments are included in the Certification Report, with all client statuses ("Active Clients", "Hot Leads", "Inactive Clients", "Buyers", "Prospects").
