If this is about notifications received by the coach for forms completed by the clients, then the answer is two fold: when the clients fill out the forms, they have (a) a button for only saving the answers (Save) and (b) another for saving the answers and also send a notification to the coach about it (Save & Send to Coach). If the you do not want to receive such notifications from certain clients, then you can inform the respective client (via an email) to only use the Save button in forms.
Is there a way to ONLY have notifications for certain packages? I only want notifications for my premium clients that I have one-on-one with, not those that have home study courses without interacting with me.
