We deliver Console emails via SendGrid, so the labels in the email reports for clients are theirs. Processed means the messages are prepared for delivery, but not delivered yet. Below is a link with more detailed explanations for all the labels in the email report. If you are having issues with certain clients not receiving certain emails, you could submit a ticket in the help desk with details and we will try to look deeper into the matter.

Thank you, Marius. (The link to sendgrid isn't working though.) I'm going to see if I can find another email address for my client. Perhaps that's what the problem is. Her agreement should have been delivered by now but it hasn't been....
