How do I setup my Authorize.net merchant account for integration with the Coaches Console?

Follow

In your Authorize.net (DirectPay, PracticePay) merchant account, you need to address a couple of settings: your API credentials and your Response/Receipt URLs (see below an example from an Authorize.net merchant account).

A. API Credentials & Keys:

In your merchant account, go to Account > Settings > Transaction Format Settings > Security Settings > API Credentials & Keys. This is where you can see your API Login ID and obtain your transaction key:

Copy and paste your API Login ID and Transaction Key in your Coaches Console account > Billing tab > Settings > tab "Merchant & PayPal" > section "Authorize.net, DirectPay, PracticePay":Billing_Settings.png

B. Response/Receipt URLs:

  1. In your merchant account, click "Response/Receipt URLs" under Account > Settings > Transaction Format Settings > Transaction Response Settings.
  2. Click "Add URL" (or edit the values for "Default Receipt URL" and "Default Relay Response URL").
  3. Enter the new URL: https://xxxxxxxxx.coachesconsole.com/v3/payment
(Replace xxxxxxxxx with your Coaches Console subdomain name/website prefix.)
  4. Click Submit.
  5. Click the back button in the browser 2 times to get back to the "Response/Receipt URLs" screen.
  6. Click "Add URL".
  7. Enter the URL: https://coachesconsole.com/v3/payment
(This will ensure that your Response/Receipt URL setting works even when you change your Coaches Console subdomain name/website prefix).
  8. Click Submit.
