Important conditions:
- The import file needs to be CSV (comma separated values); you can save an Excel file as CSV. If you export from other contacts systems (Gmail, Outlook, Mail Chimp, Aweber, etc.), there is an option to export as CSV.
- Contact names need to be split into separate columns (first name, last name, middle name).
- You need at least the first or last name (if both are not available), and an email address for a contact to be created.
