How is my contacts list organized?

Your contacts are automatically organized into "Active", "Inactive", "Hot Lead", "Prospect" and "Buyer" status levels. Additionally, you can create as many client groups as you need. A client can belong to multiple groups. Keep in mind that "Active", "Inactive", "Hot Lead", "Prospect" and "Buyer" are not primarily groups of clients, but their statuses. Still, these statuses can act as group filters when sending communications (emails, newsletters) or creating client reports.
