How do I send the Call Strategy form to a client before an appointment?

The replacement tag $CALL_STRATEGY_LINK$ in the appointment confirmation and reminder templates (found in your CALENDAR > Notification Templates > "Appointment Reminder" tab), takes care of that, but two other conditions need to be met:

  1. Make sure the Call Strategy Form selected the settings of the appointment type in (Calendar > Appointment Types > appointment type in edit mode > tab "Details" > select the desired form from the "Call Strategy Form" drop-down list.
  2. The client has permission to access the form assigned as Call Strategy form (in Website > Forms > specific form in edit mode > "Form Permissions" tab).
