A multi-language interface capability exist for the private portal/system pages (which are pages you cannot edit manually in order to protect their special functionalities: such as the Calendar page, product purchase pages, Client Log page, etc.). This interface currently has versions in English, French, Spanish, German.
You can switch your Console system globally to one of these languages in Website Settings > section 'Additional Options' > Default website language > select your language from the drop-down list and save.
Or, if you wan to switch specific clients to one of these languages, you can do it in their profile: Contacts > Contact Name > link 'Edit info' in the top right corner > select the language from the drop-down menu 'Website language' and save.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If your language is not in the drop-down list and you are willing to help us with the translation, please contact us via the support center. We will give you a language file with what needs to be translated, you perform the translation and our team can implement it for you.
As for the custom pages of your Console website (the ones you create yourself manually and are able to edit), we can only suggest a workaround for that. Here is a proposed process:
a. In WEBSITE > PAGES, you would create the pages you need for your clients, in two versions each: English and French. You would also create an intro page for each language interface.
b. In WEBSITE > MENUS, you would create two menus (tabs), for English and French to which you assign the intro pages. Then, you can create sub-menus under each menu (that will become drop-down list from client perspective) to which you assign the pages you created in step a.
So, it will be something like this on your website (an English-French example):
Menu > English Customers (the intro page, like a welcome page)
Submenus:
>> First Page
>> Second Page
>> Third Page
and next to this
Menu > Clients Francaise/Canadians (the intro page, like Bienvenu)
Submenus:
>> Première Page
>> Deuxième Page
>> Troisième Page
