Can I include a client in more than one group?

A client can have only one status at all times (Active, Hot Lead, Prospect or Inactive). Once established that, you can add the client to any number of groups that you create. To do that, go to CONTACTS TAB > CONTACT NAME > Edit info >  Groups section, search and select all the groups you want the client to belong to, and click "Save Contact" to save the changes.
