It depends on the type of Google sync:
A) The 2-way sync with Google is fast, taking place relatively right away after scheduling an event (appointment or available time) in the Console calendar. This type of sync also benefits of the "SYNC NOW" button that can be used in case something happens and the sync does not take place immediately.
B) The 1-way sync with Google can be slower, being based on different protocols. Every 6 hours, the Console system generates an .ics file with all the appointments in the Console calendar. This happens automatically when the coach does not take any action on the calendar. When the coach schedules an event in the Console calendar, the .ics file is reconstructed immediately. Still, the Google servers interrogate the Console .ics calendar file at their own pace, that cannot be sped up from the Console end, since Google is a 3rd party service. Due to this, it can take up to several hours until an event scheduled in the Console calendar appears in the Google calendar via the 1-way sync.
